Refund policy

Our refund and returns policy is 30 days for online store purchases. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

These types of goods are not eligible for return and refund:

  • Downloadable content
  • Book
  • Special order
  • Opened, used or damaged products (Skeins that have been wound into balls are considered opened and used items.)
  • Products on sale


To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. Commission fees will be deducted from the reimbursement, i.e. 5% of the total amount of your order.
