Application domain

The general conditions of sale (hereinafter “CGV”) apply to all legal transactions concluded on the online store www.tricot-t.ch (hereinafter referred to as “online store”). The online store is managed by the company Lemanknit SàRL.

Lemanknit SàRL reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the General Terms and Conditions in force at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be modified unilaterally for this order. Customer conditions which conflict with or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions are not recognized.

Limitations of Liability

Lemanknit SàRL disclaims all liability for losses or damage of any nature – whether directly, indirectly or consequentially linked – which results from the use of or access to the Tricot-t.ch site or links directs to third-party websites. Lemanknit SàRL does not guarantee the flawless functioning of all parts of its site.

Products

Product images appearing in advertising, leaflets, online store, etc. are used for illustration purposes and are without obligation.

Price

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and already include taxes. All sales prices published in the online store are the final prices, which include all taxes (including VAT).

Payment methods

Online payments by credit card are accepted.

Please note that our online store is primarily intended for the needs of private customers. For this reason, it is impossible for us to subsequently issue invoices, receipts or VAT statements for your online orders (apart from those issued at the time of ordering and payment confirmation).

Orders

Modification or cancellation of the order

Orders require customers to receive the products and services. Tricot-t.ch may, at its sole discretion, accept subsequent modifications or cancellations of orders and charge compensation of 20% of the amount of the canceled order as well as any loss of value (since the order) of the products.

In the event that Tricot-t.ch has to cancel an order for reasons at its discretion then the order will be refunded in full and at no cost to customers.

Control of delivered products

It is also the customer's responsibility to check the delivered products immediately after receipt for accuracy, completeness and functionality. If delivery was made by a transport company, any damage upon delivery must be specified on the delivery note.

Any errors or damages must be reported to Tricot-t.ch immediately after their discovery or at the latest within 5 calendar days following receipt of the products. Customers are not authorized to use a damaged product. She must keep it in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided by Tricot-T.ch Customer Service.
