Shipping orders

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Swiss Post rates are applied. Delivery is free for purchases over 100.-.

Shipments are made by La Poste in the form of small packages whether for Switzerland or Internationally. Any delay in delivery, loss of package, damaged package is not our responsibility.

Products in stock are shipped every day (working days). All orders placed before 6pm are dispatched the next day, orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday. These deadlines may vary during holiday periods and the Lausanne store is closed.
Products on order are shipped within several days (the time of completion or receipt of your order).

Tricot-t.ch attaches great importance to displaying the most current and accurate availability and delivery times in the online store. Due to production or delivery problems, however, delivery delays may occur. This is why all information relating to availability and delivery time is given for information purposes only and may be modified at any time.

International Shipping

International shipments are handled by Swiss Post.

Please note that as Switzerland is neither a member of the European Union nor the Eurozone, customs duties and VAT specific to your country may be charged by customs authorities.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.

Package refused or direct return to sender

If you refuse your package upon arrival or if it returns to us due to an invalid address or similar problem, we will contact you when the package returns to the store using the email linked to the order to arrange reshipment. Please note that you are responsible for paying the new shipping costs.

If after six months we do not receive a response from you, the order will be considered closed.
