Angora's finest

Lotus Yarns is a brand of yarn known for the quality of its raw materials. When selecting fibers, Lotus only chooses the highest quality level.

The angora wool comes from a certified farm that ensures the animals are combed to collect the hair. This is also the reason why "Angora's finest" has a slightly different look and feel from comparable products. For this quality, only the long combed hairs are spun. The rest of the fur is never shorn.

The combing of the long hairs of these animals is done three times a year.

In order to keep the fine hairs in place, the thread has a "weft" of nylon around which the angora is spun making it more stable and durable.

• 90% angora
• 10% nylon
